Mind Of La E

I know it’s been a long time since I sat here and poured my soul onto your pages. But… here I am. Lost my dad this week. It’s interesting. Though I am sad, I cannot dwell in the sadness because Life keeps Life-ing. I’m managing, just flowing through these changes that are happening. Changes not only in my life but my babies’ as well. How you handle Life’s uncertainties will influence your children’s character and mental health. They are the sunshine in my life. They’ve given me strength and courage in the most difficult moments. Though my father’s journey has come to an end in this lifetime, my boys are at the very start of theirs. My father was invincible, even with all his flaws. He lived life on his terms. He did it his way. As such, I live my life. And will continue to do so, and honor his name. And raise my boys as the great men they are destined to be, to carry on the legacy.
