Save a life, Change your life and Foster a dog!

Ace of Hearts is a 501c-3 nonprofit dog rescue foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs from LA shelters the day they are to be euthanized, and place them in caring homes. They are currently in need of foster homes for these loving and deserving canines. Fostering a dog helps save more lives! They provide you with food, treats, bed and any veterinary care the pooch may need (call to arrange), and they’ll pay $50 a week!!! This is a great way to save a life and make a little extra cash. Most of the dogs rescued are between the weight of 60-90 lbs. Also, foster expenses are tax-deductible!

Ace of Hearts is in NEED of dog savvy people who are able to help maintain and continue TRAINING of some of their foster dogs! Dog training experience is a PLUS, but not necessary!

The following is asked of fosters:

– That you are away from home no more than 7 hours/day

– That you can transport the dog to/from adoption events at the West Hollywood Petco two Saturdays/month.

– That you have at least some experience with dogs, but that YOU DON’T HAVE DOGS or CATS

– That you can commit four weeks at a time

– That you can be communicative letting us know what the dog needs and general information about the dog’s personality and temperament

– That you can handle LARGE to XLARGE dogs

– That you have approval from your Landlord, Roommate, Housemate, Spouse, Significant Other, DO NOT contact us if you don’t have their approval
